Job Title: Client Solutions Partner

We are seeking a Client Solutions Partner to join our established team in the education sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including schools and educational institutions
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant preferably within the education or services sector
  • Strong understanding of the education market, with a network of contacts in the sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
