About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as a Regional Education Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our nurseries and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor nursery managers to improve and develop their provision
  • Be an ambassador for our brand and values, promoting confidence in the quality and monitoring of our nurseries
  • Conduct monitoring visits and contribute to internal audits and action plans to ensure Ofsted readiness
  • Effectively safeguard all statutory compliance within EYFS and Ofsted regulations
  • Share expertise and best practices in childcare to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years with at least 2 years' experience of leading and managing teams
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS learning and development requirements and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework
  • Clear enhanced DBS and agreement to join the DBS update service
  • Robust understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures and legislation
