Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC technician to perform service and maintenance tasks across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality service to our clients, working with a diverse range of HVAC systems.

Work Location:
Site Based- Hams Hall Main Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive service requests, including breakdowns.
• Possess installation experience (retrofit/system replacements).
• Conduct troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on all HVAC systems.
• Generate quotations for services and remedial works following site visits.
• Work on Split systems, VRFs, AHUs, DX systems, and some Central Plant equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members when necessary.
• Complete all necessary FGAS documentation on-site and maintain logbooks at client locations.
• Role includes company vehicle, uniform, PDA, and mobile device.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• C&G 2079 Category 1 certification.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• F-Gas certification.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background.
• Relevant experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with building fabric and experience in performing basic fabric reactive repairs.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety regulations related to maintenance activities.
• Willingness to work outside of standard hours when necessary.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid UK Driving License.
• Proficient in IT applications including Outlook and Word.
