Our Centre Management Team plays a crucial role in delivering services and activities that significantly benefit our local populations. To support this mission, we are seeking full-time Leisure Operations Supervisors to join our team. As a key member of the site staff, you will help ensure the delivery of a wide range of services and guarantee that our patrons have an exceptional experience at our facility.

This position will be dynamic and varied, with no two days being alike. You will enjoy a considerable degree of autonomy, and we welcome your innovative ideas and suggestions. Your responsibilities will include managing a motivated team, organizing events and activities, assisting customers, planning for the facility, and contributing to the enhancement of community wellbeing through leisure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead, develop, and inspire a team of operational staff.
  • Oversee the daily management and operation of the leisure facility to ensure the highest standards.
  • Contribute to and comprehend the business and financial performance of the facility.
  • Actively participate as a member of the leisure centre team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the industry through ongoing professional development.
  • Possess experience in problem-solving, customer service, and team management.
  • Have a background in a Duty Management or comparable role.
  • Exhibit flexibility and confidence in decision-making.
  • Ability to think quickly and respond to varying demands.
  • RLSS National Pool qualification is desirable, with training available.
