About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of UX Research to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our UX Research team, you will be responsible for leading research projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of UX researchers, including hiring, training, and empowering them to be their best.
  • Oversee research projects, ensuring effective research methods and strategies are used to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and engineers, to prioritize research initiatives and identify user needs and behaviors.
  • Analyze and interpret research data to provide insights that guide product decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and extensive commercial track record of experience in user research in B2B and/or B2C enterprise organizations.
  • Prior experience in user experience research across software products, web, and/or mobile applications, along with experience with research and prototyping tools like Qualtrics, UserZoom, UserTesting, and Figma.
  • Added bonus if you have expertise in user behavior analytics, workshop facilitation skills, product strategy, or have worked in a continuous research & discovery framework.
