Key Responsibilities- Assist in the daily operation of the Purchasing & Logistics department, ensuring smooth running of all warehouse activity.
- Track deliveries in the office and update allocated stock lists.
- Check quantities and quality of all stock that goes in and out.
- Pick and pack up all 2nd fix required for projects.
- Liaise with Project Managers to gather quotes/prices for non-standard items.
- Liaise with couriers to deliver items from ourselves to the relevant site.
- Count up kit from schematics and cross-check with shopping lists supplied by Project Managers.
- Prioritize workload between urgent and less urgent jobs.
- Experience within this role or a similar role preferred.
- Team Player who is prepared to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to work with multiple projects.
- Time management.
- Organization skills.
- Salary negotiable, dependent upon skills and experience.
