Join Our Team as a Disability Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Product Manager to lead our trims development team at Textile Exchange. As a key member of our product innovation team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our product offerings and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish technical approval (buy-ready status) in line with critical path timelines, creative direction, sourcing, and product strategy.
  • Ensure trims are developed to the highest quality and delivered on-time to meet manufacturing dates.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Trim Developers.
  • Lead material allocation/selection meetings and coach teams on how to drive consolidation to improve material efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven trims development experience, with excellent know-how of trim application to support the aesthetic, functional, technical, and commercial needs of the product.
  • Strong knowledge of trim physical properties and performance testing.
