Project Administrator

EQUANS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at EDF Torness Nuclear Power Station, Dunbar. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, offering a salary of £26, per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchases, operated hire, and off-hire.
  • Raise material requisitions on the COUPA system.
  • Check, manage, and report unmatched invoices.
  • Document filing and maintenance.
  • Vetting new subcontractors.
  • Updating Excel with costs.
  • Processing timesheets on the Maximo System.
  • Compiling quote folders.
  • Completing minor details to contract award letters.
  • Reviewing the SMOC system.
  • Liaising with training on site.
  • Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality culture.
  • Maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Adhering to the company's code of conduct and ethics.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Administrator.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret Excel.
  • Microsoft/Office experience.
  • Ability to utilize the Internet confidently.
  • Competent typing skills.
  • Well-organized with an eye for detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and remain calm.

This role includes a Basic Disclosure check, therefore, the ability to pass is essential.
