Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 driver to join our team at Challenge-trg Group. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently.

Shift Patterns:

Our ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday shift patterns, with start times of 06:00 or 18:00. We offer flexible rotas to accommodate your needs.

Rates of Pay:

Our competitive rates of pay are as follows:

  • Days: £16 per hour (LTD)
  • Nights: £17 per hour (LTD)

What You Can Expect:

As an HGV Class 1 driver with Challenge-trg Group, you can expect:

  • Weekly pay
  • A guaranteed minimum shift payment of 8 hours
  • Hourly pay
  • 24-hour assistance from our night operation team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full Class 1 HGV Licence held for at least 2 years
  • A valid Drivers CPC Card
  • A digital tachograph card
  • A full understanding of WTD legislation
  • Reliable and excellent time keeping
  • Flexibility with start times and working days
