HOURS OF WORK: Varied according to operational requirements, may include both day and night shifts in compliance with Road Transport Regulations and tachograph guidelines.

SALARY: Approximately £42,000 per annum

A position has opened within our team for a Road Transport Operator to enhance our logistics operations.

The Road Transport Operator role is essential for the collection and delivery of diverse materials from various clients to their specified locations. Our operators primarily work independently on the road, utilizing advanced technology to facilitate efficient task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- General transport duties across the UK

- Overnight stays away from base are necessary from Monday to Friday

- Occasional weekend work may be required as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- High standard of personal presentation

- Strong team collaboration skills

- Punctual and adaptable to flexible working hours

- Effective communication abilities

- Valid LGV C+E driving license

- Driver CPC Qualification card

- Tacho Digi card

- Proficient in all aspects of general transport and refrigerated trailer operations

- Alignment with the culture of Hargreaves Industrial Services

- Solid understanding of the road network

- Ability to meet tight deadlines

- Proactive approach to Health and Safety
