Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at Accountancy Expertise Ltd in Guildford. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, including small to large corporations and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax compliance processes for a range of corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to HMRC.
- Provide tax advisory services and advice to clients, including tax planning and due diligence.
- Oversee the business tax team, liaising closely with other departments and external stakeholders, including HMRC.
- Conduct tax projects and provide expert advice on tax matters, including Share Option Schemes, R&D tax credits, and corporate restructuring.
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years' experience in corporate tax, with a managerial background and a professional qualification such as ATT and/or CTA.
- Proven track record of managing tax compliance processes and providing tax advisory services to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation and regulations.
