About the Role:
As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and develop a successful estate agency business in a designated core area. This is a unique role that combines the benefits of being an employee with the flexibility of working from home and in an office environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building and developing the estate agency profile in your designated area
- Developing business contacts with local constituencies to generate referrals and instructions
- Utilizing a super hub office to value and convert market appraisal opportunities
- Overseeing the sales process from instruction to completion, with support from a team of sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff
