Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Fitter to join our team at Recruitment Unlimited (SW) Ltd. As a Trainee Fitter, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the fabrication and fitting of commercial vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Work with a range of hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, spanners, and hammers, to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including working at heights, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and well-being.
  • Follow instructions and ensure work meets client specifications, demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with hand and power tools is beneficial, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Comfortable with physically demanding work and working at heights, with a strong emphasis on safety and risk management.
