About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Red Leaf Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to our Director and Contract Managers in the management of construction projects.
  • Review project plans and provide accurate quantity takeoffs to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Ensure that materials are procured at the best possible price and delivered on time.
  • Verify that all work and materials are properly compensated and accounted for.
  • Understand and apply NEC contract compensation events to ensure project compliance.
  • Conduct on-site measurements to ensure accurate project progress tracking.
  • Support our Operations team in the coordination of construction activities.
Requirements
  • Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying on Civil/NEC projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
