Senior Executive, Hospitality Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to join our Liverpool FC team in a key role within our Hospitality department. As a Senior Executive, Hospitality Accounts, you will be responsible for managing seasonal and match day hospitality, ensuring a high satisfaction rate among our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage seasonal and match day hospitality accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and high satisfaction rates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with seasonal hospitality members, including account management and communication.
  • Assist with ticketing and away game ballot inquiries via email and inbound calls.
  • Take inbound sales calls and provide information on hospitality packages available throughout the season.
  • Liaise with the operations team to manage seasonal lounges and members, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Log and track seasonal hospitality members' activity on Salesforce, ensuring accurate records and timely renewals.
  • Manage the renewal process for seasonal members, reviewing contract types and lengths, and ensuring invoices are raised and payment schedules adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing client accounts and providing high-level customer service.
  • Confidence in building relationships with seasonal accounts and effective communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Knowledge of different hospitality areas and great administrative/computer skills.
  • Familiarity with multiple systems, including Salesforce and ticketing systems.
