Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team, working closely with our Head Bartender to lead and support the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Bartender in leading the bar team and ensuring seamless execution of cocktails
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new cocktail menus and promotions
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of bartending experience in a luxury establishment
  • Current experience in a similar position within a luxury 5-star environment or high-end stand-alone bar
  • Mixology training and excellent knowledge of cocktails
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes and crates, if necessary
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
