About the Role

As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring successful contract execution for Carbon Clean. You'll be responsible for negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, and ultimately contributing to the company's expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the contract signing process from initiation to completion, ensuring all legal and commercial requirements are met.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with potential clients, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and risk management expertise.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, legal, finance, proposals, and business development teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contracts and sales goals, providing regular reports to management.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and management within a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles, including pricing, cost analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience within the gas processing industry is a plus but not essential.
