Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Brentwood, supporting students aged 10-19 in an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with students with special educational needs, focusing on autism support.
  • Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to enhance student engagement and learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEN students, particularly with autism.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
