About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to customers via various channels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Liaison and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and gather information to provide accurate and personalized solutions.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic approach to work, with strong communication skills.
  • Hard Work and Determination: Show a strong work ethic and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Possess good negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Education: Hold a minimum of C grade in GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent.
