Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Driver to join our team at TRAK Employment Solutions Limited. Our clients are leading, quality-focused, globally owned businesses looking to recruit skilled professionals to work in their busy operations.
Job Summary:This is a contract for services role with the opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks, subject to availability. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and picking products to a high standard using both pick sheets and an RFU scanner. They will also be required to safely operate a Forklift truck and work accurately and safely.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Receive, unload, and pick products to a high standard using both pick sheets and an RFU scanner.
- Ability to work accurately and safely.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to spot quality issues and confidently report issues to a Team Lead/Supervisor.
- Ability to safely operate a Forklift truck.
We are looking for an enthusiastic work ethic with a willingness to improve and make a difference. The ideal candidate will have strong materials handling skills, the ability to operate forklifts efficiently, and good team skills to work with others and lead from the front. Good verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
Previous Experience:Previous experience in a warehouse environment using both Counterbalance & OR Reach forklift trucks is essential. Good knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures, as well as experience in the use of scanning equipment, is also required.
