About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our Programme and Project Partners (PPP) team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the delivery of commissioning activities, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with project schedules.
  • Develop and execute delivery plans, reviewing and reporting on work progress and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Hold an HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience of leading and/or supervising a team in a technical/engineering environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a nuclear or highly regulated environment is desirable, but not essential.
