About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your advanced technical knowledge to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including electrical and engine repair work.
  • Customer Interaction: Meet and discuss vehicle issues with customers, providing clear and concise explanations of the necessary repairs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure all repairs meet the highest quality standards.
  • Productivity: Work efficiently to meet productivity targets, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide support to less experienced team members.
Requirements
  • Technical Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a franchise dealer environment.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
