The Housing Team


The Housing Team is growing and is now in search of an experienced Associate to join its Housing Management Team. The ideal candidate should be dedicated, well-organized, and committed to delivering top-notch service to clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners on significant housing management claims
  • Communicate with barristers and experts
  • Run a high-quality litigation caseload
  • Deal with anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions, and housing disrepair


Requirements

  • A qualified solicitor with experience in a similar litigated housing management background
  • Experience in running a high-quality litigation caseload
  • Excellent level of client care
  • High standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and communicate information logically
  • Proficient IT skills
