We are seeking a Full Time Permanent Assistant Kitchen Manager to become a vital part of our culinary team.

The Position
As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of food preparation and cleanliness within the kitchen. You will collaborate with a small team under the Head Chef's direction and be accountable for the preparation of fresh ingredients for our diverse menu offerings.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Kitchen Manager:
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking Execute hot and cold food orders as requested Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering process Work efficiently to minimize waste Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspaces to uphold food safety standards Ensure the kitchen is properly closed down each day and prepare for the next day’s operations.What qualities make you an ideal Assistant Kitchen Manager?
