Staff Associate Role

Young Life is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Associate to join our international team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our ministry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in adventure experiences, such as weekend retreats, service trips, and summer camp, to develop leadership skills and build relationships with kids and adults.
  • Assist in training leaders, team leaders, and committee members on effective team building, recruitment, and vision casting.
  • Support the development of a leadership team that reflects the community, focusing on volunteer care, recruiting, and team building.
  • Maintain accurate information on kids, leaders, and donors for area records, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Participate in regional training meetings and ministry skills training to enhance personal spiritual maturity and character.
Qualifications
  • Proven relational skills with kids and adults, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport.
