Role Purpose:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage effortlessly with a diverse range of customers. By exceeding customer expectations, you will contribute positively to our store's performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by adhering to the Moss Essential Steps of Service, ensuring the customer is always prioritized through active engagement and personalized advice.
- Aim for high productivity by maximizing sales opportunities and enhancing service goals, significantly impacting our business performance.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, and Ship from Store, using this expertise to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about external factors that could boost store performance and improve customer service based on feedback.
- Assist management with maintaining the stockroom and back area, including handling deliveries and adhering to stock and cash control protocols.
- Utilize the appointment system effectively, ensuring customers are contacted prior to their visit and that all information is accurately recorded.

- Basic understanding of product features and benefits available in-store.
- Familiarity with POS systems, including cash handling and inventory management.
