We are a leading IT recruitment specialist, providing support to clients across the UK and Europe. At J&C Associates, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
The Opportunity:
- We are seeking a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to develop and implement digital marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a global top 100 employer and be part of cross-functional conversations that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document plans to leverage various Lifecycle Marketing surfaces (email, desktop notifications, and in-product placements) to drive revenue and product usage.
- Collaborate with partnering teams to execute projects throughout the project cycle, from conception to closing.
- Establish testing frameworks to assess business impact and measure campaign success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in acquisition and retention related roles with a growth mindset and a proven understanding of CRM.
- Demonstrable experience in planning and execution of pan-EMEA email marketing campaigns in a consumer/e-commerce environment.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-led decision making and a proven track record of analysing, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to handle sophisticated projects involving multiple partners.
