We are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join our team in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our audit department, you will be responsible for leading a team of auditors and providing high-level oversight of our clients' financial statements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the audit function, ensuring excellence is delivered to clients across various business sectors.
- Drive strategic target setting, forecasting, and reporting on department budgeting.
- Grow the audit team through recruitment, mentorship, and professional development.
- Oversee the delivery of the audit function, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Act as Responsible Individual on various engagements, including large and complex audits.
- Represent the firm professionally during networking opportunities, identifying new business opportunities.
- Identify services that add value to clients' portfolios.
- Champion the firm's values within the team, motivating colleagues.
- Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills.

- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
