Store Supervisor Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient store operations, focusing on customer service, sales, and profit.
  • Support the management team in managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and results.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings.
  • Communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
  • Drive sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Foster a positive store environment by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
  • Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensuring consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
  • Achieve company standards for personal sales results, including sales vs. budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
  • Perform manager-on-duty functions, manage store opening/closing, and oversee the sales floor.
  • Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure staff accountability for building a repeat customer base through spirited service.
  • Implement 'door to floor' best practices with visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory or specialist experience in a premium or luxury brand.
  • People management experience with conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Team player with a focus on celebrating contributions and achievements.
  • Confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
  • Adaptable and able to work with pace.
  • Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
  • 'Can-do' approach with initiative to find in-store solutions.
