About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ty Hafan, a leading children's hospice in Wales. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to children and young people with life-shortening conditions.

As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that meets the unique needs of each child and their family. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized nursing care, as well as providing evidence-based clinical interventions in line with current guidelines and regulations.

We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about providing compassionate and specialist care to children and their families.
