We are seeking an experienced Class 2 driver to join our team at The Best Connection Group. As a Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for delivering stock, loading and unloading, and using a Class 2 vehicle to make deliveries between 2-8 per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver stock, which may include heavy panels
  • Load and unload goods
  • Operate a Class 2 vehicle
  • Make deliveries between 2-8 per day

Requirements:

  • Class 2 (Cat C Licence)
  • Split Shift gearbox experience is essential
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting
  • Happy to assist with loading and unloading
  • Due to insurance purposes, you must have driven commercially for 1+ years
  • Excellent customer service skills, as dealing with customers day-to-day is an essential part of the role

Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour (days), £19.50 per hour (overtime after 8 hours), £19.50 per hour (Saturdays), £26.00 per hour (Sundays/Bank Holidays)
  • 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
