About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clean Team Member to join our team at Nuffield Health Gloucester FWC. As a key member of our cleaning operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club, including gym equipment, locker rooms, and public spaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our cleaning protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
