About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management and Analytics Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working with large data-focused projects, ensuring data integrity and assurance through multiple pipelines. They will also be responsible for developing advanced data reporting platforms and working with business stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement data pipelines and transformation strategies
  2. Develop and maintain advanced data reporting platforms
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions
  4. Work with product owners, architects, and developers to ensure data integrity and assurance
  5. Attend senior stakeholder meetings to present project progress and design ideas

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in complex data projects, preferably in the cloud
  2. Strong technical skills in data management and analytics
  3. Excellent communication and analysis skills
  4. Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  5. Experience with data warehousing concepts, design, and loading strategies
  6. Knowledge of automated testing design and setup, business intelligence, and CI/CD pipeline setup

Location: The role is aligned to our Manchester, Rotherham, or London offices. Our Rotherham office is located at Junction 1 of the M18. We offer hybrid working arrangements, with the possibility of occasional business travel to other Pearson sites. Candidates must be a suitable commute from their base office.
