About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Glasfryn. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus and kitchen strategies
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Contribute to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
