About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Glasfryn. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus and kitchen strategies
- Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Contribute to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
