About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer to join our team, with a strong background in probate matters. As a Solicitor/Lawyer, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing an excellent customer experience, and conducting probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients by telephone and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Conduct probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor/Legal Executive or equivalent (STEP qualification will be considered and qualified by experience candidates)
  • Experience of conducting probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
