We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SHE Advisor to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering pioneering solutions that transform the performance of the UK's infrastructure ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in the delivery of the Contract SHE requirements
- Actively support the investigation of all unplanned events and close out of assurance findings, ensuring lessons are shared in accordance with the SHE Management System
- Support the timely reporting, analysis, and use of SHE data to support and influence the Contract Leadership Team
- Champion Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Have integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
- 2/3 years SHE related experience
