Accounting Graduate Trainee Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Agility Resoucing as an Accounting Graduate Trainee. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and supporting operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Record Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the company's financial records, including those of its subsidiaries and associated organizations.
  2. Operational Process Support: Help manage and support a range of operational processes in Finance, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and customer refunds.
  3. Claim Preparation and Liaison: Prepare claims and liaise with staff, external agencies, and organizations concerned with funded research work, as required.
  4. Financial Year-End Procedures: Assist in the financial year-end procedures.
  5. Financial Analysis: Analyze the P&L, balance sheet, and introducer profitability.
  6. Finance Department Support: Undertake duties within the Finance department to support the provision of a management and financial accounting service to the university.
  7. Company Values and Regulations: Commit to company values and regulations, including the equal opportunities policy.
  8. Client Service: Meet the demands of clients, handling telephone and e-mail queries.
  9. Qualifications: Minimum 2:1 degree in Accountancy and Finance, Maths, Economics, or a numerical-based degree.
