Join Our Team as a Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Mallory Court Hotel & Spa, Leamington Spa. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a vital role in shaping their experience with our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations efficiently and effectively.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records, including guest information, room assignments, and billing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including property management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
