This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical professional to contribute to the smooth running of our finance department. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our Accounts Manager, Assistant Accountant, and Finance Director to ensure that invoices are paid in full and on time.
Main Responsibilities- Client Ledger Management: Issuing and posting invoices to clients, managing and updating credit limits for clients, and monitoring overdue balances.
- Credit Control: Corresponding with clients to chase overdue balances and answer client questions.
- Financial Reporting: Supporting the Accounts Manager and Finance Director in producing ad hoc reports and financial information.
- Client Onboarding: Managing client onboarding processes, including credit checks and Sage ledger setup.
- Financial Administration: Auditing draft invoices, maintaining client files, and supporting the Accounts Manager with other financial tasks.
- Experience with client ledgers, credit control, and accounts receivable procedures.
- Proficiency in Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Office.
- AAT qualifications or similar.
- Highly numerate and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management, customer service, and organizational skills.
