Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Insurance Data Analyst to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a key member, you'll work at the intersection of underwriting and algorithm development, ensuring our digital underwriting capabilities meet commercial and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop best practice and scalable digital risk- and portfolio-underwriting and analytics capabilities
- Collaborate with various functions to design and develop algorithm explainability capabilities
- Work with stakeholders to ensure a consolidated approach to algorithm line size deployment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in statistical or data analysis
- Commercial and software expertise
- Proficiency in Python programming
We invest in research and development, both internally and with academic institutions. Our algorithm is built in Python, and our infrastructure is entirely cloud native. We maintain our infrastructure as code and focus on commercial outcomes.
