Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic physiotherapist or exercise physiologist to contribute to the delivery of cardiac rehabilitation care in a variety of settings.

Main Duties
  • Working collaboratively with the advanced practitioner to deliver a high-quality clinical service in the East Integrated Health Community.
  • The assessment and management of complex patients, developing and delivering individualised treatment programmes, and working effectively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Providing clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the service, including planning and coordinating service delivery and service evaluation once competencies are completed.
  • Supporting the on-going education and development of the team to ensure a high-quality, evidence-based service.
  • Lead educator for student placements.
Requirements

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
