About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Kuzzy Group LTD T/A Herbies Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Marketing and Sales: Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and build customer loyalty, drive sales by implementing effective marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, manage shop expenses and budgets effectively to ensure financial targets are met.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards at all times, monitor and control costs, including labor costs, wastage, and overheads.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required, additional education or certification in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the fast food industry, with a track record of successful team management and operational oversight.
- Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team, excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
- Additional Pay: Bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus
