Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Advisor. As a key member of our Engagement and Customer Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with engagement activities and provide administrative support to the team.
