Key Responsibilities:


  1. Regulatory Compliance:
  • Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory developments, ensuring that the company remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings.

Risk Management:
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Audit & Monitoring:
  • Conduct regular internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Training & Education:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance-related matters, including regulatory changes and internal policies.

Reporting & Communication:
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key compliance risks and issues.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to the compliance program to enhance its effectiveness.

Requirements:


  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of UK and EU regulatory requirements, particularly FCA regulations and GDPR.
  3. Experience with compliance monitoring, auditing, and risk assessment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance management software.
