Position Objective

As the initial point of interaction, we seek a candidate with outstanding customer service abilities and adaptability to varied working hours, especially during peak periods. While experience in golf and retail is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Role Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales of apparel and golfing equipment
• Upholding merchandising and cleanliness standards within the shop
• Processing green fee payments
• Welcoming and assisting group reservations
• Cleaning and preparing golf carts and clubs for rental
• Addressing guest inquiries in person and via telephone
• Executing any other reasonable requests from management
