Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex health needs.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a gentleman who has a passion for life and enjoys exploring the community. You will be supporting him in his own home, assisting with his daily needs and helping him to maintain his independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to our client
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Helping our client to maintain his mobility and independence
  • Supporting our client in the community, including outings and activities
