Job Summary

Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join their team in developing innovative IP legal management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Django, Django Rest Framework, and PostgreSQL, with a strong focus on software performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop web applications using Django, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Implement and manage APIs with Django Rest Framework, integrating with third-party services as needed.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
  • Optimize database queries with PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient data processing and retrieval.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high test coverage, ensuring the quality and reliability of the software.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Python Django Developer, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Celery, Redis, and other relevant technologies, with a strong focus on task management and automation.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with Flask or other Python web frameworks.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and their applications in software development.
  • Experience with integrations, such as Business Central and One Drive.
  • Understanding of cloud-based services, such as AWS S3.
