Hours: 34 hours per week
Compensation: £12.02 per hour
Norse Group is a dedicated provider of care catering services across the regions, emphasizing quality and nutrition for our residents. Our operations include both on-site and mobile teams, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service.
We are looking for enthusiastic and diligent individuals to join our team as Mobile Catering Assistants, providing support to various care facilities. This role involves traveling to different locations.
As a Mobile Catering Assistant, you will work in a supportive environment that fosters your growth and development, backed by a collaborative team and experienced management, paving the way for a rewarding career in the catering industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals from our diverse, locally sourced menu.
- Assist in maintaining the high standards of customer service we uphold.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and service areas at all times.
- Support in sourcing and purchasing necessary supplies, including fresh produce and cleaning materials.
Ideal Candidate:
While previous experience in a catering role is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic
- A valid driving license due to travel requirements
