Our client, NCP NETWORK LTD, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to service, repair, and maintain plant equipment to the manufacturers' specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service, repair, and maintain plant equipment to the manufacturers' specifications.
  2. Diagnose and rectify electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, and other faults.
  3. Operate diagnostic software via a laptop computer.
  4. Complete detailed reports of work completed, including supporting photographs and allocated times.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe working practices.
  6. Work closely with the service department and management team.
  7. Experience in construction plant, diesel engines, electrics, hydraulics, transmissions, and fault finding using electronic diagnostic equipment.
  8. Effective communication skills to deliver appropriate communication both internally and externally.
  9. Hold a full driving licence and be able to operate machinery on site for testing purposes.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £15p/h to £18p/h (40 hour work week). Overtime is paid at time 1/2 for the first 4 hours in the day and x2 an hour after. Overtime resets every day, and there is unlimited overtime if the work is available.
