Are you a driven and motivated individual looking to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Lettings Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Swindon.

About the Role

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Lettings team, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales and lettings performance
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve KPIs and improve sales and lettings performance
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
